Board of Directors

Bob is in his fifth term on the TVMWD Board of Directors and continues to serve as its president, a position he has held for the past fifteen years.  He has been a resident of Glendora for greater than 50 years and served four years as a Planning Commissioner and eight years on the Glendora City Council, most notably as Mayor in 1990-91 and 1992-94.  He also has served the community as a Rotarian, Mason and member of the Glendora Chamber of Commerce for over 45 years.

During his time on the Glendora City Council, he was a delegate to the League of California Cities, San Gabriel Valley Association of Cities, Los Angeles County Sanitation District and a board member of Southern California Association of Governments.  He is currently a board member of the San Gabriel Economic Partnership and a member of the Board of Directors of Glendora Community Hospital.  Bob is the past president of Foothill Transit, and the Independent Cities Risk Management Authority, and served on the San Gabriel Valley Planning Committee, and as an alternate on the Local Area Formation Commission of Los Angeles (LAFCO) Board.  Bob currently serves as the Vice Chair of San Gabriel Basin Water Quality Authority, and Secretary/Treasurer of Chino Basin Watermaster.

Bob is married to his wife Judy for more than 50 years and is semi-retired from his Glendora based insurance agency which he has operated for greater than 50 years.
