Finance Transparency
The Finance Department provides strategic financial direction, policy and support for TVMWD's Board of Directors, staff and member agencies. The Finance Department is responsible for the following services:
- All aspects of the accounting process
- Preparation of the annual budget
- Preparation of the CAFR (comprehensive annual financial report)
- Financial planning, reporting and analysis
- Payroll administration
- Debt management
- Treasury management
